About Optima Camelview
Optima Camelview Village is Scottsdale’s most iconic property. Its award-winning architecture and landscaping catches the eye of all who drive past on Scottsdale Road. Each of the 688 homes feature a unique floor plan, which makes Optima Camelview one of the rare modern buildings with as much character as a historic property.
While the first homes at Optima Camelview were sold in 2007, the community wasn’t completed until 2013, in no small part due to the Great Financial Crisis. Optima, Inc. eventually completed the development in spite of tough economic conditions, a testament to their quality and commitment as a developer.
